Fitness Flow has been created for you, if you are looking for a wholesome fitness practice that’s effective, sustainable, fun, sparks your interest and efficient. This class is about bringing the most effective dancer workouts to beginners. It will improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, overall mobility and slow down ageing. We work in small groups to ensure results for everyone.

Fitness-flow has been designed by a ballet dancer, trained in Vaganova technique, some schools of contemporary dance, street, funk and lyrical jazz.

Fitness – Flow Advanced Batches for Athletes

We also offer group batches and Personal Training in advanced level batches.

It is a good option for cross training for dancers, martial artists and athletes. 

Dance teachers worldwide recommend two to three days of cross-training as its useful in correcting alignment, improving flexibility, body awareness, control and stability. For martial arts practitioners and athletes, this class is a chance to work on mobility, anaerobic fitness, flexibility and recovery from their main form, avoiding overuse injuries.  

This class is a blend of Ballet, Modern dance, mat Pilates, Yoga and stretching techniques. Our instructors blend the most effective and relevant principles of few dance forms and Yoga to create customized workouts that are easy to follow, but have several benefits for the body.

    Priming Dance

    We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Bharatanatyam and Bollywood Jazz. We customize corporate wellness workshops and offer a Pan India wedding choreography service. Our classes run in the online, offline and hybrid mode in group batches and personal training sessions.
