Late Fees Policy:

Parents and students are to make 100% fees payment in advance. No refund will be made even if one class has been attended. Any fees paid after the 5th of any month will be accepted only with late fees of INR 5O0. This is not open to discussion. If the fees is not paid by the 5th of the month, students will be given a reminder and not be allowed to do class.

There are no refunds or discounts for classes missed by the students. Priming Dance Studio does not provide refunds of any kind, for any reason including illness, injury, relocation, vacation, missed classes, school work, disinterest etc,. This policy applies to any studio fees; registration fees, recitals, costumes, tuition and more. No refunds will be given – No exceptions.

Missed class Policy 

If a class is missed by the teacher, students are eligible to get a makeup class.

If a class is missed by students, the teacher or Priming Dance is not liable to give you make-up classes. The class may be missed by the student due to any reason – sickness, power cut, internet problem, shifting, traveling or any other.

Make-up classes are only permitted within the term that they are missed – that is Make up class for August will have to be taken in August by the student. They don’t carry forward to the next month.

Attendance Policy:

In order for students to progress in class, regular attendance is extremely important. If a student is going to be absent for a particular class or classes, the student or their parent must inform the teacher one day in advance – either on WhatsApp or via email at [email protected] 

Each class is designed to give students a balanced workout. In order to be warmed up and prevent injury, please arrive on time. Tardy students will be asked to warm themselves up before participating in class. If a student is more than 15 minutes late to class, they may be asked to sit out for the entire class. Priming Dance has the right to automatically drop dancers who have not attended classes for more than 2 months.

Trial class Policy:

To book your Trial class, please contact us minimum 24 hours in advance on our number +91 9319153005. Trial class is free for students who join the classes and the trial class fee is adjusted in the Monthly Fee. Trial class fee is INR 500. To book a trial, you have to pay in advance. Only payment of Trial class fee does not guarantee your spot. You need to pay the fees and get a confirmation from us either by Whatsapp text or email for full confirmation.

You can take only one trial class per class – Ballet or Hip-Hop or any other dance class we offer.

On Communication:

It is extremely important to have open communication with parents and guardians. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with us! The best way to communicate with Priming Dance  is through email at [email protected]

If a parent or student needs to discuss something with an instructor, please email the studio first, and if the issue cannot be resolved, schedule a phone or in-person appointment. Discussions during class or in between classes are disruptive and delays the next scheduled class. Our goal is for all dancers to enjoy their dancing experience at Priming Dance!

Use of Photography:

It is understood the Priming Dance Studio reserves the right to use any photography and videotaping of a student’s performance or classes for purposes of advertising, promoting or publicizing the studio. All ownership, including copyright, shall belong to Priming Dance Studio.

Photography or videotaping students and classes in progress is strictly prohibited and will not be allowed.

Mobile phones:

All cell phones should be turned off. Cell phone use is not allowed during class time. 

Choreography:

Any dance choreographed by any instructor at Priming Dance is the sole property of Priming Dance and cannot be used anywhere other than performances and events coordinated by Priming Dance (unless permission is given by Priming Dance in writing).

Studio Attire :

Students will not be allowed to dance without the proper shoes and attire. Students should have a dance bag for shoes and belongings. Label all shoes and attire with first and last names.

Here is what we like our dancers to wear

Preschool/Kids Combo classes:  Girls: pink ballet soft shoes, any style leotard and tights. Small tutus ok   Hair secured back out of face.
Boys: Black ballet soft shoes, comfortable stretchy leggings or shorts, white short sleeve tee shirt.

Ballet: Black leotard of any style, light pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair secured back in a bun – no wispies please.

Hip Hop:  Dance or workout clothes; “clean” shoes are a must! They can be sneakers or sports shoes. 

Jazz:  Jazz pants, bike/jazz shorts, leotards, tank tops, tee shirt, stretchy-style tops, and tan Jazz shoes (slip on)  Boys wear same type of clothes but black jazz slip on shoes.

Bollywood Jazz: Comfortable lowers and tops or tee shirt. Appropriate Indian clothing for special folk classes – Bhangra or semi classical classes. These classes will be announced in advance, so that the students can arrange for their attire.

 Right to Admission:

✓ Right to Admission is Reserved with us. Priming Dance is under no obligation to explain or justify any one being refused admission to any of our Training Programs and Seminars.

Student’s physical health:

✓ Kindly consult your doctor In case you suffer from any ailments that could be worsened due to Physical Training.

✓ Priming Dance will not be responsible for any injuries occurred during training.
