Personal training and Duet Sessions

We offer Online and Studio personal training classes for students who are unable to join our group classes for any reason. You can also join with a friend or a small group. Contact us for packages.

We have three kinds of classes – Dance One-on-One, Transform and Stretch-Flow.

Sometimes despite our time management skills, we find it difficult to join classes with fixed schedules. Our Personal training and duet sessions are an endeavour to help individuals and couples who find it impossible to stick to a group class schedule and would rather fix sessions with their trainer at a time of their convenience.

Create your dream dance class

You can request for your favourite music and dance style and we will create a customized class for you. Here are the highlights of this class

  • Routine of choice (request a routine, artist and/or dance style, we’ll do the rest!)
  • Warm up tailored for you
  • Routines taught to your pace and dance level
  • Personalised feedback so you can see significant progress and improve quickly

Package Price: Depends on requirement.
Hourly Price for class: INR 1000 per hour
Session length: Choose from 60 minutes / 90 minutes / 120 minutes

TRANSFORM

We believe feeling good and improving your strength and endurance is way more important than the obvious side effects of weight loss and muscle tone. That’s why we’ve created Transform : a high energy class for all your fitness needs.

The class is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates and strength-conditioning designed to give you a comprehensive workout. It’s also a great way to limber up for our dance classes.

This class includes

  • Warm up tailored for you
  • Dance cardio
  • Pilates
  • Strength-conditioning exercises focusing on all major and supporting muscle groups
  • Cool down stretches
  • Motivating playlist of chart tracks both current and throwback!

STRETCH - FLOW

Unwind in our restorative stretch classes

To live life fully and enjoy our body and mind, we must first learn to love and accept ourselves. For this, we need rituals and our Stretch flow class is just what the doctor ordered.

It is designed to help you

  • Relieve stress and calm your mind
  • Increase your agility, flexibility
  • Improve your posture
  • Improve mind body connection
  • Decrease back pain and helps prevent injuries
  • Relieve muscle tension and soreness

The class includes

  • Warm up tailored to you
  • Breathing techniques of Pilates and Yoga to activate the right muscles, maximize relaxation, relieve muscle tension and quieten the mind
  • A flow of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga based stretches that align your joints and muscles for safe stretching
  • Focus on hamstrings, hip, shoulders, back, neck, glutes and any specific areas you feel needs most attention
  • Meditation

Price: 2000 per hour
Session length: 45 minutes – 1 hour

Private and duet sessions can be booked for yourself, or with a friend if you’d like to workout together.

    Priming Dance

    We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Bharatanatyam and Bollywood Jazz. We customize corporate wellness workshops and offer a Pan India wedding choreography service. Our classes run in the online, offline and hybrid mode in group batches and personal training sessions.
