Our Fitness Flow classes are open for all levels ( Beginners to Advanced ) and available for all ages above 12. You will be allotted a batch according to your current goals and abilities.
It is a great class for dancers, martial artists, athletes like swimmers, sprinters, football players, and others who want to cross-train once or twice a week.

- Dance Fitness 101 Program which combines dance forms Jazz, latin, Bollywood and Bhangra for people who want to break a sweat, have fun while learning to dance and also manage their weight
