We offer Ballet classes for all ages. We follow the Vaganova method.
Our Ballet classes are divided in levels and all students who apply, must give a short audition. Based on the student’s age, ability and result of the audition, students get allotted to the right level and batch. We have Pre-Primary and Primary class for children of ages 4 to 8 years. The next levels are Levels 1 to 7.
All applicants have to appear for an audition. We have auditions in the first week of every month. Please contact us on WhatsApp to get the date and time of the next audition.
We also offer Adult Ballet classes. Adults who have never trained in Ballet before are welcome to join classes. Adult students of Ballet will start from Level 1.
Background
Ballet began in the King’s courts during the Italian renaissance period in the 15th century. It was developed as court entertainment and it traveled to Paris, with the help of Catherine de’ Medici, an Italian noblewoman who got married to King Henry II, the King of France at the time. Ballet was further developed and formalized in France. In the late 17th century, the Paris Opera was founded, within which emerged the first professional Ballet Company, the Paris opera Ballet. From the heart of Europe, Ballet spread to other countries – The Royal Danish Ballet and the Imperial Ballet of the Russian Empire were founded in 1740. The Imperial Ballet of Russian Empire is what we know as the Mariinsky Ballet. The Mariinsky Ballet is the parent company of the Vaganova Ballet Academy, a leading International Ballet school.
Our mentors have trained and taught at the Vaganova Ballet Academy as well as performed at the Mariinsky Ballet Theatre in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Admission Process
For admission, every student must register for an audition. To register, simply Whatsapp us and we will share the date and time details. The teacher in charge will assign the right batch and class level according to the result of the audition. The student needs to fill two forms and submit the required documents and photographs. Ballet is an excellent form to learn the basics of dance and build a strong body. With Ballet as you base form, you will grow flexible and strong enough to excel in Ballet further or learn any other dance form.
Absolutely yes! Since the first lockdown in 2020, our experience has shown us that toddlers and kids learn well (and sometimes even better than adults) through the online medium.
We have professionally trained, experienced and certified teachers, who love teaching children. We make sure that each student is progressing in their training and that the kids are having fun, interacting with the teacher and other students.
After a few months of training, we make sure that the students are performing regularly at Student showcase to develop performance quality.
Yes, kids can learn Ballet online. We are driven towards quality and we keep our batch size small. We are a team of professional, certified teachers, who continuously train from leading dancers and teachers of the Ballet world. We make sure the quality of our teaching is world class.
For very young children, we give an extra personal lesson to teach precise techniques to avoid injury while dancing.
We offer in-studio classes through our Delhi dance studio and online classes are given through Zoom App or Google Meet.
We have classes for all age groups. Our toddler classes if for students of age 4 and above. There are separate batches for kids and adults for each form. We offer one extra class on a fixed day and time, every week – All students are welcome to join.
Students have to inform the teacher in case they will be missing a class. Classes missed due to any reason will not be compensated – including health issues, travel, power cut.

100% possible! We teach authentic technique and focus on each and every student’s progress. All online dance classes are taught Live, so the students can interact with the teacher. The teacher keeps track of every student’s progress and gives personal feedback at the end of class. This helps our students feel confident and know exactly what they can improve upon.
Strong internet. Any device, preferably a laptop, Zoom App, water bottle and Ballet attire.
Ballet attire for girls – Leotard and tights. Till our Uniform is announced, both can be of any colour. Hair neatly tied in a bun or ponytail.
Ballet attire for boys – Black tights, shorts or running pants with tucked in white t-shirt.
We have only paid classes right now. We have one free class for our students, who have already joined one or more batches.
Online dance classes are so worth it! You save travel time, fuel money, energy and can learn so many dance forms from the comfort of your home.
Online Ballet classes are extremely useful as Ballet technique is precise. We take small batches of 10 students to keep the training razor-focused on quality and connect on a one-to-one basis with every student.
Online classes started the world over, for the first time during the lockdown and the entire Ballet fraternity made the best use of their time and connected with each other and the world in a unique way.
The fee once paid is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended for future batches.
